Sophie Crenigan is a Sydney based model, TV presenter and lifestyle blogger. At just 24, Sophie has completed her Bachelor of Communication majoring in Public Relations from UTS and is currently in the process of completing her Masters of Communication, majoring in Journalism.

Originally born in London, but now residing in the beautiful city of Sydney, Sophie has lived all over the globe and has had some amazing opportunities to travel and work with some extraordinary people. With a keen interest in all facets of the media industry paired with an extensive portfolio of work, she is diverse and dynamic, ready to take the industry on by storm.

As a presenter, Sophie exuberates confidence on camera. Known for her natural and friendly presenting style, she is suitable for a range of presenting projects. Sophie has trained at the prestigious NIDA and flew to Los Angeles to train under esteemed presenting agent Marki Costello. In 2014, she completed her Advanced TV Presenting Certificate with TV Pro Global.

Sophie has represented ‘Best Clubs In’ and ‘Camera Chick’ as their official presenters and has been the red carpet interviewer for ‘The Annual Shine & Dine’ for both 2013 and 2014. She has interviewed a range of celebrities including music legend Don Spencer, former Miss Universe Australia, Laura Dundovic, media queen, Melissa Hoyer, celebrity chef, Massimo Mele, NRL legend, Beau Ryan and INXS’ Jon Farriss just to name a few! Sophie has experience in vox-pop style presenting, interviewing, and working in studio with autocues.

More recently, Sophie has developed a keen interest behind the camera, including producing, script development and editing. She regularly films, edits and packages promotional videos for her lifestyle blog, Live a Little TV and has recently begun producing marketing and promotional videos for clients.

Sophie’s most recent project, her blog Live a Littlehas rapidly made a mark in the blogging world. Live a Little is a lifestyle blog that follows Sophie and her Persian cat, Leo. It covers and documents everything from fashion to food, travel and events. Sophie’s blog also explores the latest in the cat world. Be it the latest products, tips and tricks, breed information and all things trendy about owning a cat.

In 2013, Live a Little was nominated in the Pedestrian TV ‘Ultrabook Blogster Awards’ and in 2014, nominated by the Australian Writers Centre for the best blogs search. Additionally Sophie’s blog has been formally recognised by a number of tourism boards, hotel chains and celebrities.

With over eight years of modeling experience, Sophie has build up an impressive resume and portfolio – from commercial work to bridal, to fashion and promotions. Sophie is highly confident in front of the camera, knows her body and angles and needs little photographic direction.

Additionally Sophie is a highly experienced teacher in the areas of etiquette and modeling. She regularly works with Polished By Donna, an etiquette and deportment school. With a focus on improving body image and confidence, Sophie works with children right through to corporate professionals giving them coaching and guidance in areas of posture, grooming, wardrobe and presentation. Sophie has worked with high schools, charitable organisations, corporations and run successful school holiday programs. Sophie also channels her positive mindset through charity work. She is a proud member of The Cat Protection Society of NSW and has a lot of love for cats! Owning four herself – Leo, Lotso, Tinkerbelle and Albert – Sophie supports what the charity do to help all cats and kittens and backs their ‘no kill’ re-homing policy. Sophie’s love extends beyond just cats, to all animals and is also a proud supporter of The Wildlife Preservation Society of Australia. A charity that helps protects the native wildlife, flora and fauna of Australia.
